Riyadh, The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Education, took part in the Future of Education, Science and Culture International Organizations Forum, held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The two-day event was organized by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) in cooperation with the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture and Science.
Oman was represented during the forum by Amna Salim Al Balushi, Secretary General of Oman National Commission for Education, Culture and Science (ONCECS).
The forum, which includes 20 discussion panels, comes under the theme “Together for Impact in the 21st Century.” As many as 100 international and regional organizations are taking part in the event, in addition to representatives of “ALECSO”, “ISESCO” and “UNESCO”.
The event aims to come up with a new and mutual vision and a roadmap for international organizations to cooperate more effectively by setting up a sustainable mechanism for partnerships. It also targets boosting cooperation opportunities.
